We’re UK-based wildlife photographers with a passion for Africa, its wildlife and wild places. We spend six months each year photographing in African game parks and have been visiting for more than 30 years, so we’ve plenty of experience in safari photography. We run numerous photo safaris, have written books about how to capture better wildlife photographs and have lectured to degree students on the subject, so we’re well placed to help you with advice and tips and ensure you get the maximum return from all the wonderful photo opportunities our safaris offer.

Before becoming full time photographers we were both senior magazine journalists. We continue to have a deep interest in telling stories through words and pictures. We’ve written and photographed hundreds of articles for dozens of magazines and newspapers around the world, and we’ve campaigned on important conservation issues such as rhino poaching. Our work has appeared in countless photography and wildlife magazines including premium titles such as National Geographic and BBC Wildlife, and has been recognised in major competitions, including Bird Photographer of the Year, GDT European Wildlife Photographer of the Year, Travel Photographer of the Year and Nature Images Awards.
